1. Contracting Party and Scope

These Terms of Service govern the use of the AICreator.co online platform operated by Wizard Ventures GmbH, Bugenhagenstr. 11, 10551 Berlin, Germany (“Wizard Ventures”, “we” or “us”). By creating an account or otherwise using the platform, you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. The Service is available exclusively to natural persons who are at least 18 years of age. Company or team registrations are not permitted.

2. Description of the Service

AICreator.co provides online tutorials, educational materials, design resources and related digital content (collectively, the “Content”). Users may register for a free plan, which allows access to certain free tutorials and selected free downloadable resources (“Freebies”). Users may alternatively subscribe to a paid plan, which grants access to both free and premium content. We reserve the right to modify, expand or restrict available content at any time.

3. Account Registration

‍

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. Sharing of accounts or login credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited. We may suspend or terminate accounts in the event of misuse or breach of these Terms.

4. Subscriptions, Billing and Taxes

The free plan is offered at no charge. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. All payments are final and non-refundable. In the event of a failed payment, access to the Service may be suspended until payment is successfully processed. VAT is applied in accordance with applicable tax laws and the customer’s location. EU business customers may provide a valid VAT identification number for appropriate tax handling.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Licence and Permitted Use of Content

‍

All intellectual property rights in the Service and its Content are owned by Wizard Ventures GmbH or its licensors. Subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Content solely for personal learning and educational purposes and to create your own creative output.

You are not permitted to use the Content commercially, to redistribute, publish, sell, sublicense or otherwise make the Content available to third parties, nor to extract structures or templates for resale or competitive use. You are not permitted to scrape or automate downloads, nor to make the Content publicly available online. You may not use the Content to train artificial intelligence systems or datasets.

Agencies may deliver their own creative end-results to clients, but the AICreator content itself may not be sold, shared, licensed, repackaged or distributed under any circumstances.

Upon termination or cancellation of your subscription, your right to use the Content ends immediately. You must cease any further use from that point forward. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved.

6. Prohibited Conduct

‍

You must not use the Service in a way that violates applicable law, infringes third-party rights, interferes with platform security or attempts to bypass technical protections. Misuse of the Service may result in suspension or termination without refund.

7. Communications and Email

‍

When you create an account or download a Freebie, you agree that we may contact you by email regarding your account, the Service and related product information. We may also send marketing communications where permitted under the applicable “legitimate interest” standard. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time through the link provided in each message. Transactional service emails necessary for the performance of the contract will continue to be sent.

8. Service Availability and Support

‍

We endeavour to provide stable and reliable access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Support enquiries may be submitted to hi@aicreator.co. No guaranteed response time applies.

9. Limitation of Liability

‍

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wizard Ventures GmbH shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses, including loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, nor for interruptions of service or reliance on Content provided. The Service and its Content are provided on an “as is” basis without warranty as to completeness, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Your sole remedy in case of dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the Service.

We expressly do not guarantee any specific business, creative or commercial results arising from the use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wizard Ventures GmbH from any claims, damages, liabilities or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

‍

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service or engage in unlawful activity. Subscription fees already paid will not be refunded. Provisions relating to intellectual property, payment obligations, liability, governing law and survival shall continue to apply after termination.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

‍

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Berlin, Germany, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms.

13. Amendments

‍

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on the website. Continued use of the Service after publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.
